30 days on, 15 off
Rig roles run on rotation. You work a 30-day block at the wellsite, then take 15 days of paid rest. Head-office roles in Dhaka work a five-day week with Friday and Saturday off.

CCDC has drilled five turnkey contracts here since 2024. The people who deliver them are drillers, mud engineers, electricians, welders and cooks — almost all of them Bangladeshi, working at Titas, Kamta and Sylhet.

How the work actually runs
Overtime is counted, not estimated
Days worked beyond your block are paid at double. Your supervisor records attendance daily and you can see every day of it, and the arithmetic behind your pay, in the Crew app.
Camp and site conditions
Accommodation and meals are provided at the wellsite for the duration of your rotation. Sites are in Brahmanbaria, Cumilla and Sylhet districts.

We check certificates
Rig roles need the relevant trade certificates and a valid medical. Welders need 6G. Say up front what you hold and when it expires.

Interview and mobilisation
Only shortlisted candidates are contacted, for interview in Dhaka or by phone. Successful candidates are given an employee ID and mobilised to a site.
CCDC Bangladesh does not charge any fee at any stage of recruitment, and does not use agents to collect payment from candidates. If anybody asks you for money to secure a job here, it is not us.
